Earth Day and the Grand Re-Dedication of The Barn were occasion to get everything spruced up and ship-shape. A couple of buckets of weeds were pulled - all the better so that the wild flowers on the embankment opposite the 4H Barn could show off their finery |

1361 The bird on the right has just collected some horse-tail hairs for nest building
purposes. The blackbird on the left appears somewhat amazed. |
1364 A new wind-vane has been mounted on the old cupola-roof which was salvaged from the main barn. |
1366 In the background can be seen a couple of large feed-buckets - filled with the weeds that were pulled! |
1369 The main barn has had new cupolas fitted on the roof - but the original historic wind-vane was salvaged. It was sand-blasted and re-finished - and then re-mounted at its historic vantage point. |
